Dunkin' - City of Yonkers

Too many mixed up orders over the years. Like it because it?s close to work.

I honestly don?t know how people go to this Dunkin? Donuts. I purchased a dozen donuts, when I got to work they looked like they were smashed. At first glance they just did not look appetizing, I also ordered a sausage croissant and egg sandwich and itlooked the same as the donuts, not that appetizing. They?re very slow here I?m surprised that they still have this franchisebecause I would not go again and I?m only five minutes out.

The service is ok, the quality of the drinks are not consistent. The big issue here is the conditions of their restrooms. I was there yesterday, restrooms dirty, and falling apart. They didnt have hand soap, how employees wash their hands???

Got two orders of egg bites and one looked like this. Don't think I'll be eating it ???? Service was average but being afraid to eat the food means I'm not going back.

Clean place huge menu prices a little high, but good customer service will definitely go back
