Incredibly authentic food. The waitstaff was friendly and knowledgeable. The food was delicious. The manager gave us a brief tour of the history of the tradition.

A local friend took me there for authentic Panamanian cuisine. A bit of a rustic decor with carnival devil masks on the wall. Very good food and cheerful staff. The portions are large, the bill not so much.
