La Sotolera - Ciudad Juárez

Food is delicious! Snake in the alcohol is a cool idea and it is a strong yet good taste. Order an apple with Tajin to lift the edge.

Great food. Great service. Never heard of Sotol before, this is a Mezcal-ish spirit distilled from Agave. Recommended!

It was where derful, the dishes had this unique taste, the drinks were deliful and the service was very good... they have a traditional tour around the Sotalera restaurant to give you the process of producing Sotol (the sotol any kind of drink like Tequila, but more sofa and the taste is stronger like whisky)

It is a great place to visit. Was a little despicable to see that the original building is no longer used, it had a great personality that the new restaurant lacks. Gorgeous service and the tour of the premise is great food is the only suggestion is to be more generous with the portions, for the price type of expected. I'd come back defenetly.
