Went there for food and drinks, my partner clearly stated AND shown her allergy bracelet that shown her tomato and nut allergy. She ordered a chicken burger with NO tomato and then after the wait they bought her a chicken burger out WITH TOMATO on it. I took it back to the service counter and within 30 seconds a new burger was bought out, HOLD ON HOW DID YOU COOK A NEW CHICKEN BURGER IN 30 SECONDS, WAIT , NO, YOU DIDNT YOU SENT THE SAME BURGER BACKMOUT MINUS THE TOMATO, proven even more by the fact that there was still a tomato stain inside the top part of the bread. YOU COULD HAVE KILLED HER AND YOU DISNT EVEN CARE !!!!

We came here to enjoy a quiet drink with our 14 year old daughter and our 33months ASD daughter, staying in Sol Falco all inclusive so thought we would get little one out to try something different. This place is right across the road and had a bouncy castle and a couple of play houses, she was entertained for a short while when she decided she wanted to make a run for it, unfortunately with her being ASD she has no concept of danger or where she should or shouldn’t be going, she ran round into the bar then into the back room, me And my partner was very apologetic and grabbed the little one as quickly as we could, the lady from out the back came to front of bar and began to tell the young lad off for our little one running where she shouldn’t have, this carried on for around 15 minutes, then proceeded to turn the bouncy castle off so she could no longer play on this, and when my partner went to pay for our drinks the angry lady walked away ignoring us, once he had paid she went back to the young man and continued to tell him off, she kept looking over and this made us feel very uncomfortable! We quickly finished our drinks and left. No thank you or goodbye! I assume because we are English they assumed we couldn’t speak/understand Spanish. They shouldn’t be so narrow minded! I felt intimated and made to feel my little one Wasnt welcome after this. We wanted to have food but after the way they made us feel we didn’t want to stay and eat. Was bad enough being glared at whole time trying to finish our sangria. I felt very sorry for the young man behind the bar as this was not he’s fault and out of he’s control. Not only did the lady make us as a family feel Uncomfortable but she also embarrassed the poor young man. So if your English and have a little one with a hidden disability DO NOT visit here as it is not a friendly place to attend.

Sorprende que un restaurante que parece pensado para vecinos de urbanización sea tan agradable, incluso con zona de juego para niños. Bien atendido y sabroso, incluso los postres.

Excelente lugar para comer ropa vieja!! Lo recomiendo muchísimo. Platos sabrosos y generosos.
