Starbucks - Clackamas

Sofia at Starbucks helped me after I forget to put in my phone number to save $7 on an item. She was really understanding and helpful!

Always happy to find a drive through Starbucks, especially in the colder weather. While out shopping, decided I needed a non-fat, no-whip, 2 pump peppermint mocha. Sounds like a bunch of. Ins but it's a great treat. They got my order right and they filled the cop, which I also requested. Typically they leave room for the whip and if you don't get whip, your cup has several inches of nothing. So always ask for a full cup!

Apparently, the dont open until 8:00. I see 3 employees inside who refuse to make eye contact. The Starbucks in Woodburn Washington is an excellent store for customer service. Super friendly and helpful. Send this group to customer service school. Its 8:00 open the doors! 8:02 they open the doors. I say you can see me out here. Alicia replies, I dont like to look outside. People come in and hassle us . You 're in customer service, I reply. Why do you have to be unkind, Alicia? Help this store.

Unfortunately I think the barista was having a bad morning she didn't understand exactly what we wanted and we had to put up a bit of an argument to get things straightened out at the end.

There's a mask mandate in place. Why was I dodging a mom and son team wandering the store without masks and that were giving no shits about social distancing yesterday? Why were they let in? Why were they allowed to check out without a fuss?
