We have used this as a takeaway on and off for a few years. We ditched them a few years ago as one night, our delivery arrived at 11pm and was completely inedible (we sent it back). We have used this recently during Covid and have had a few glitches, mainly with items missing from our order, and not just a tub of sauce, we’re talking kebabs and chips. We called last night for a fairly substantial order. When we placed the order we specifically said that before the order left the shop, could it be double checked as we have had items missing, and that we would be checking the order upon delivery. After 80 minutes I telephoned as we had not received our order, we were told it was on its way. We waited, on the whole, for nearly 90 minutes, and surprise surprise, 2/3rds of our order was missing! We were missing large chips, kebab, large tub of curry sauce and pakora sauce. We sent the young delivery guy away as we were so hacked off with this service. We called to complain and spoke to a gentleman who could not seem to understand our complaint. He hung up on us! We called back and spoke to a young girl (we know it’s not her fault). We told her our issues and said we wouldn’t be back, and wanted our complaint noted. It just seems to be that lately either there is trouble in understanding what we order, or they are deliberately leaving items out our order. On the plus side, the food is of a reasonable standard when you get the correct order! Anyone else experienced this shortage of orders? We will definitely NOT be going back

I have been a customer for over over three years and a loyal customer but I had a delivery of a pizza tonight and well begged berlievevit was as if it went through a tumble dryer, so I did what most would do and called the shop,can I speak to the boss please and was told he is out on deliviries after about 4minutes the boss calls me to tell me to find: (5of and then sent a driver to collect the pizza and offer me a refund, which I refused It beggars believe I. This day and age we have to accept thos behaviour , a takeaway never again This is what I had delivered MAKE YOUR OWN MIND UP

That has to be the worst lamb rogan josh I have ever tasted, tough lamb in a tomato sauce with onions, never again.
