Love love love monthly bingo nights, always happy and fun evening, Liz and Bingo caller informative with good sense of humour, food always hot and delicious, make our dogs welcome, whom do not climb around on seating or constantly bark... all the staff friendly and attentive, look forward to returning, keep up the good work Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We have been attending bingo night best part of a year as a family and always have the best night out! Extremely easy to follow and the loveliest bingo hosts! Very disappointing bingo night. Cost circa £100 for bingo and food. The bingo hostess felt it appropriate to use ‘full house’ and ‘two lines’ in the same sentence, which was confusing. As we were at the back we clearly did not hear properly and lost out on £110 because we had ‘two lines’ way before anyone else and we were waiting for a full house because she said ‘full house’. When we explained this to her, she was very unempathetic and callously remarked ‘well you should have listened and called at the time’ despite us citing that we couldn’t hear her clearly enough. We were offered no apology and not even a free game or anything by way of compensation for this substantial loss. We were intending to come often, but will sadly not be returning, nor recommending Chandlers bingo to any of our friends/family. Huge disappointment.
