Tim Hortons - clare

I have to be honest, this Tim Horton's is the worst. The service is incredibly slow and the staff are rude. Most of the time when you try to order food, they don't even have it. The place is dirty from top to bottom. I can't comprehend how they meet their drive-thru time standards or pass any kind of freshness audit.

Yesterday my son and I went to a restaurant for lunch and coffee. As I started drinking my coffee, I discovered a piece of plastic in it. It was the worst coffee I have ever had from Tim Hortons. Everything looked dirty, including the windows and doors. I will definitely be skipping this restaurant in the future and will not be eating or drinking anything from there again.

I don't know what's happened but recently I don't find the food at any Tim's that great. Seems they've shifted to lesser grade food.

I am very disappointed in the Tim Horton in Meteghan,we went there the other day ,I went in to buy 2 coffees,first of all I was totally ignored for about 10 mins they were just walking around looking confused and doing nothing and it wasn’t busy ,nothing on the shelves ,and when I finally got my coffee they got my order wrong ,and apparently no training in customer service

I have never been talked to so rude at a restaurant in my life!! Drive through lady and the staff on this day were rude to me because I asked for a combo instead of a meal simple mistake as I was apologetic at the speaker where I always use my manners. The lady at the drive through window still felt the need to scold me when I picked up my meal!! I will never go to Tim Hortons in meteghan again. Unfortunately this was not the first time there was a problem here , but most things you shrug off. Robins where I don’t prefer will be getting my business from now on! First thing in the morning at the start of your week is not when you want to be talked so rudely and this for me was last time.
