Baskin-robbins - Claremont

Ordered a birthday cake with flowers and the flowers were unedible, the cake was half melted and not very pretty at all. They use such a thick gel to write with that you can barely read what it says.

My experience was wonderful! Walking in I was immediately greeted by Audrey who helped us with our milkshakes. She kept the vibe energetic and had us giggling the entire encounter. I would highly recommend Baskin Robins because of Audrey and her patience

I came in earlier for ice cream and the place was packed. Audrey was very patient with my kids and so helpful. She was running around with a smile. Thank you Audrey!

If I could give zero stars I would! I'm beyond disappointed to find that there's a hair in my ice cream while I'm eating it!! DISGUSTING!!
