Chef Joel and chef Junya will blow your mind! Their fish ranges from unique flavors/pairings to classic tastings. They really take pride in what they do, and focus on making sure the customer is happy.Food: Anago was my favorite! I got two orders because it was so yummy. Their sauce is made in house and the sushi is served warm. It melts in your mouth and you'll feel like you're in clouds, or living in a beautiful bento box. Uni is also very fresh.Price: The price is written on the blackboard, so you won't be surprised with the bill. Their pricing is very fair.Sit at the bar if you can! Chat with the chefs so they can tailor foods to your palate. I'll be back.

I’m really trying to like this place. Food is great but the wait times are just ridiculous. From the moment we ordered, it took them 40 minutes to get 4 orders of nigiris out. If you don’t mind waiting 40-45 minutes for the food then go for it. I did. Oh, service wasn’t great. Inattentive and unprofessional. Perhaps not their fault but I don’t think leaving your customers hanging when they asked the status of your order is prudent.
