Union On Yale - Claremont

Eating here is very good. Open daily after 4 o'clock. Open for brunch on Sat/Sun 10am-2pm. Happy Hour starts 2pm, with 30% discount. Pizzas are great. Parking can be a challenge, the best bet is a little further towards W 4th Street.

Very cool environment. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food was great! Favorite app was the beer battery cauliflower. I had the highest pizza and it was delicious. Big enough to share. Will definitely visit here again.

Love? This place can think I haven't reviewed it yet??? Before Covid I came here all the time when it was one of my favorite breakfast places because I was obsessed with the cookies. I always have the eggs and love how it came with salad. I also like the cooking specialties they have recently changed hands, I look forward to seeing new menu items. The pizza here is amazing bc they have fired a wood thing. Craft cocktails are the speciality at the bar that is very comfortable? the outside is really great? it is nice to sit outside when the weather is beautiful. Downtown Claremont was one of my favorite spots before Covid, but they were sooo extra while it was, it turned me off and I go so much more? I guess muscle storage and I know? LA County so that there isn't all her fault, but didn't seem like a fight like other areas that didn't exist in so much?

7/9/22 update: I came to my anniversary with my husband and made a reservation online a few hours ago. We immediately sat what was nice. We first asked about water, but I later ordered an icy tea that I never got (not a big thing, did not remember the waiter because we were doing quite a lot of food). We ordered and our food came out pretty fast. We ordered the Brussels sprouts, garden salad, Margarita Pizza, Pesto Pasta and Pan roasted chicken. Everything was pretty good, but the salad was a liiiiitle too boring (not sure it had some lemon vinaigrette on it or it was very easy) and the pasta under seasoned. The brussel sprouts, pizza and chicken were great. Original review: I came here for the first time and enjoyed the food. We tried everything and it was all delicious! The pizza was amazing, the roasted chicken was amazing, the pasta was fresh and delicious. The service was good. I'll be back here.

This place has some of THE BEST cocktails. Any of their classics are a great choice, you can't go wrong with any of them. I'd recommend looking at the ingredients listed to best suit your particular palate. Update: Union on Yale is still great! Their menu has undergone some updates. Drinks are still top notch. Perfect date place for evening or brunch.
