Rib Crib BBQ & Grill - Claremore

Never been a big fan of RC. Previous employer had them cater us many many times. Their food has always tasted "institutionalized" to me...like it's been through a food manufacturing facility and its production process controlled by SPC charts to ensure consistency. Kinda the old school lunch line vibe. "White Mans' BBQ" is the non PC term I choose to associate their ribs with. When you have cooked and eaten as much BBQ as I have, it's easy to be over critical. I like food that doesn't taste like it came out a box or can then heated up and served. The Spud I had this time was cooked well, and I had them add double hot links for the meat portion. Covered it with their "spicy BBQ sauce" and made short work of my personal favorite at RC.

Food was good as always. I was disappointed that I couldnt use curbside and had to go in for my order. Not a real big deal but I probably wont door dash next time if Im going to pick it up. Ill just go through the drive thru. The goal of paying for these services are to avoid going in lol.

I have noticed that the quantities of meat and size of items like sandwiches have been reduced all while prices have increased, and service has degraded.

Sliced brisket was sliced 1" thick for some reason. Corn had no flavor.
