Good food good service Great Custard. I grew up on Bill Gray's from Rochester. I really enjoy all the cheeseburgers that have ketchup, mustard, relish, hot sauce and onions. Like another review said the burgers are thin, but I think they are full of taste. The cheese is always gooey and the hard rolls are always soft and chewing. They are great to honor vouchers, even expired. I like her onion rings and fries (thick cut). The Abbotts Custard is really dense and creamy and tasteful. The chocolate and chocolate almond are great. I highly recommend this place!

Two thumbs up! The decor of Bill Gray's is a cross between a sports bar and Andersons. We ordered the mushroom Swiss burgers, Pommes and Loganberry. Liked the fact that they served Aunt Rosie's Loganberry. They left you to refill (unlimited) from the self-serving well. Our mushroom Swiss burgers were excellent. You can taste that the beef is of excellent quality and is fresh. They were pretty messy, but the good kind of mess. The frits were hot and crispy. They reminded me of Ore Ida Pommes that my gram was a sleep snack. The bonus was that they would use us a voucher for another item (the simple burger) for the items we actually ordered. On a day when the customer service did not exist, this was a nice surprise. I will definitely come back. Also for those who are gluten-free, they also offer sweet potatoes, served with honey. Excellent.

The best garbage plate in Buffalo. They call it the great plate. It's only $6.99 on Tuesdays. $10.99 any other day. Two of the world's greatest cheeseburgers with Mac salad and home fries. Amazing hot sauce.
