My family frequently visits Broadway's for gatherings, typically during holidays and birthdays, and my kids often go there when grandma is babysitting. We recently went for Father's Day, but unfortunately, their air conditioner was not functioning. It was extremely hot inside, and I felt for the cooks and servers. The heat made it quite uncomfortable to enjoy our meal, and some family members had to step outside several times to escape the heat. As a result, many of us barely ate anything, and I was quite disappointed. I decided to speak with the manager about our experience. Although the situation was beyond their control, we were very generously compensated. The customer service was outstanding—I'd even say it's the best I've encountered! You all did a fantastic job. Not only will we continue to visit this location, but we will also always recommend it to others. Thank you for turning our experience around!

This Broadway restaurant offers everything you could want! The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and it's a great value for your money. The menu is diverse, catering to all tastes. I will definitely return!
