I called in an order over the phone for the mama burger promo. Carol answered and took my order. Carol and the team members promptly assembled the burgers in a timely manner. The quality was amazing. Two thumbs up to Claresholm A&W staff members Yes please share.

We stopped here for a quick bite while on the road. The service was amazing the ladies were super friendly. The food was fast and very good. My only comment was that one of the cleaning people collected the dirty dishes and such from the restaurant and came into the area where we were ordering right in front of the kitchen area and put the dirty dishes down. It seemed odd that they were not taken into the back another way. Instead they would have to be walked through the kitchen. Just saying. Not exactly sanitary.

Over 20 minutes in drive thru and parking lot waiting for food. No napkins or salt (requested) in bag

On Monday Sept 3 2018 my parents and I went in and had such a repulsive experience we turned around and left. To begin with there were flies crawling on everything... the menu, counters, food prep counters, areas food waiting to be passed to customers goes.. they were everywhere. Next one of the guys working behind the counter came out and shoved past my senior mom and knocked her off balance to wipe the single table another customer was sitting at without a simple excuse me or sorry or anything. To turn around and go back behind the counter and not wash his hands and reach straight into grabbing a drive thru customers food. He also continued to ignore us standing there waiting to order. Another staff member came in from outside and went straight to the drive thru window without washing their hands and straight to trying to handle customers food. None of the staff we could see in the kitchen were wearing gloves. Not one of the 6 or so staff members acknowledged us standing there for at least 5 minutes. The final thing that happened that will ensure we never return is a different staff member in the kitchen wiped his nose down his arm from his fingertips to his elbow then reached for food that was to be put in the serving window for a customer. I have never been so disgusted by the complete and utter rudeness shown by staff, to the insects and filthy hygiene of the staff. If there was a way to rate this location a negative I would. I would advise anyone else to keep driving and goto another fast food business.
