Ballers - Clarington

steak was cooked to perfection and the cocktails were delicious. The service was exceptional. You don't need to go to a fairytale castle to experience this amazing dining experience. Our overall experience here was fantastic!

The cocktails at this place are amazing. Oliver, the bartender, is like a cocktail genius.

This was a disappointment and we will not return. Our bills were wrong and instead of correcting and starting over the two waitresses treated us as fools. We ended paying double and told they could do nothing about it as could not do refund or credit. Instead brought token amount of cash to table and treated us as stupid and wanting something for nothing. It was not out first visit but will be the last. Management did nothing to help.

Eaten here before and its usually a family favourite. Took over 10 mins to get a drink order taken. Then our potatoe skins look like **** and were barely cooked. Waited another 35 mins for food..only to have giant night club scene break out with tons of wanna be rappers. This was only 8pm at night. Swearing and yelling on stage. There were still tons of kids in the restaurant and the f bomb is being flown around like the word please. Couple next to me asked to speak to the manager as they were very upset (regular customers) and he refused to speak to them. Thats beyond poor service.Its going to be a long time before go...thats even if i go.

Went to Ballers with a small group of people to watch a hockey game. There are lots of TVs and seating. The food was quite good and the menu offered lots of variety. The service was quick and friendly and the atmosphere was also great. And the Leafs won!
