Went for the first time this weekI've heard good things about the place but it's so tucked away I never remember to go check it out.

The menu at Paragon Tap is huge! They've got a wide variety of entrees, pastas, burgers, sammies, salads and more.

The food and service were both excellent. Ther prices were very reasonable. The chimichurri chicken was excellent, the Chicken Cobb Salad was excellent as was the Steelhead Salmon over a bed of cold quinoa. The salt and pepper shrimp was very flavorful.

Excellent service! The food was good but salmon was a bit drenched in sauce and not really warm. Short ribs were excellent.
