10-12 Lounge - Clarkdale

I recently visited this restaurant and encountered a new bartender who was quite disappointing. Their rude and unprofessional behavior really affected my experience. I used to love this place, but I don't think I'll be returning after this. It's unfortunate.

Owner, and chuck are very friendly, best rock music around, early format times are safe.

Walked in just to get a beer, great place to hang out. All cool peoples here

The girl bartender was not good with service had to get her attention waited for her while she looked straight at us and ignored us they were busy but she didn't want to wait on us at the bar and there is no service at the tables. She Almost always had her back to the bar and was more interested in her phone. The guy bartender was better but both need to be more comfortable with customer services. You want anything you have to get there attention and they don't like making eye contact with you, because they might have to wait on you! They have food but it's served from the restaurant next door! Oh and you would not know that if you don't ask!

We live in Jerome which has 2 bars, but make our way down to Clarkdale a couple times a month to listen to live music and have a couple of adult beverages. Great local bar. UPDATE: We have moved off the mountain down to Cottonwood, and it takes us twice as long to get to the 10/12. But you know what, it's worth it!
