CHAD was our friendly server today. Very attentive and great personality. His mixology skills proved to be on point with the awesome mai tais he made. Best we've had in years! We used to frequent Ruby Tuesday's in another state and always had great food. My husband liked their steaks and wanted to go for his birthday. He ordered the T-bone steak dinner and was extremely disappointed. It looked nothing like it should have and it had no flavor and tasted old. The steak and potato was NOT worth $25.00. We ordered potato skin appetizer but we had no plates to eat it on. We were brought another specialty lemonade without asking (which I believe we had to pay an extra $5.00 for). The server was nice but overall the experience was not good. We will not be coming back, sadly because We used to love Ruby Tuesday's!???

Shout out to our server Ray on his first day by himself. Did an amazing job. The food was wonderful. Bourbon glazed chicken was delicious and shout out to the cook who gave me juicy chicken, not dry chicken. And to the manager David who actually comes around and ask how your meal was. Which tells me they care about what they’re serving customers.

Had the ribs which were good. Family enjoy their meals also. Will visit here more often.
