Contribuisci feedbackThe staff was not very understanding of our dietary needs. They wanted to charge money for a courtesy water cup, however the fountain machine was not working and they were out of stock on popular beverages.
Employee working there the are not respect costmer they toke bad word for costmer. I didn't see before this caind person in business place.
We went in the other day, ordered meals and then asked for a cup for water. They did not have any water cups and indicated we couldn’t have a normal cup for water or even a soup cup for water as they count everything. I think it’s a requirement in establishments to provide water cups for paying patrons. Additionally, they closed the bathroom just before nine and then closed the “dining room” at 9:10 so they could clean. The sign clearly said they were open until 9:30, so this was also disappointing. Do not recommend.
Bad service it’s the closest subway to my house so i have to go there often and every time I went there was always a mistake in my order. Earlier today I went and there were two teenagers working there who were seemingly laughing and making fun at me after everything I said. That wasn’t the main issue they constantly made mistakes in my order and couldn’t even apologise after adding something into my sandwiches that I didn’t ask for. First minute I walked in they asked me what type of bread I wanted, and the first thing I said to them was the bread I wanted and nothing else, at first I couldn’t see but they gave me the complete opposite bread than what I asked. And after adding another ingredient into my sandwich that I didn’t ask for. When I corrected them after they already added the wrong thing in they looked at each other and started to laugh at me. They couldn’t even apologise for them adding the wrong ingredient into my sandwich. And there was also no one else inside the lobby other than me so there was almost no noise other than the slight wind outside. This is again not the first time employees have messed up my order and couldn’t even apologise for it. What made me annoyed this time was their constant laughter at me when they were the one who made the mistake. Because I didn’t wanna cause a scene I didn’t tell them of their mistake with the bread but it really annoyed me because of that mistake and many others I couldn’t even enjoy my sandwich anymore especially after their ridicule of me.
I visited this location for a lunchtime sub and I politely asked the server to add more spinach to my sandwich. The server literally picked up one piece of spinach and said what else would you like . Again, I asked to server to please add more spinach to the sub and again she only added one piece of spinach to the sandwich. If I had to pay extra for the spinach, I would of gladly paid. I am not expecting anything for free. I have never been treated this way at any subway location. The staff is rude, dismissive, and racist to non Hispanic customers. The same server offered a Latino customer in front of me free soups! Stay away from this subway location if you like to be treated with decency and respect. Please be aware I only gave this location one star because I had to submit this review.
