Here's our 10. Anniversary stopped and it didn't disappoint. The service was great, with a smile. The drinks were well made and they had a few local beers on tap. The food was great. Very recommended. Mushroom truffles Risotto balls could be a side of Garlic Aioli Blackened Catfish Delicious Shrimp and Grits Amazing House Cake Nice Finish Sausage and Cheese Plate (to go) Large
Great place to get a meal in Clarksdale. I had eaten a pork chop in front of Reds Blues Club and I wasn't terribly hungry. I ordered the mushroom risotto appetizer. Just deliciously moist with a fantastic truffle flavor. Unfortunately, the cosmopolitan tasted extremely weak. Service was friendly, but it took over twenty minutes to get the food. Nice atmosphere.
I had shrimps that are the best I've ever eaten! My husband grilled the shrimps. Banana pudding and pecan blonde were also excellent! Service was also excellent! Based on the reviews we did not expect so good service! Would eat here again in a heartbeat! Skya gave us really excellent service!
Was told music would be outside and we wanted to sit inside. They had a party inside so we sat outside. No issue. Summer took care of us and did a good job. She had help from another waitress who was also attentive. We ordered the meatballs app. Came with 3 meatballs, quite good and one small piece of bread. For the cost, I felt the bread should have matched and been served with three pieces. The cost would be nominal and the presentation would be symmetrical and pleasing to the eye. Also, if the wife gets greedy with the bread, there is still enough to be enjoyed. Main courses were rib eye for my wife and wedge for me. I ate most of the meatballs minus the bread. Refer to greedy wife. Wedge was absurdly small. 1/8 a head of lettuce. Plating looked good but they use ground pepper on the plate for appearance. Hate to tell you but it does effect taste. Way too much pepper. The blue cheese dressing was lack luster and I believe they gave me the ranch option as I didn't taste any blue. On to the steak, taste was amazing, plating was good, potato was awesome but they served the sour cream in a 2 ounce souffle cup which really cheapened the dish. The beans were interesting, not in the negative. I was concerned about the seasoning choices of toasted sesame seeds, garlic and sea salt, WOW. That was a show stopper. Really tasty. They looked overcooked but I assure you, they were perfect. The steak was a bit rare for us and we sent it back. When it came back to the table it was perfect.
