The Ranchero - Clarksdale

The Ranchero is truly iconic. It's rare to find a restaurant that has remained loved across generations, and this one certainly fits that bill. Their timeless recipes and the historical photos adorning the walls highlight their significance in our community. When I was a child, Friday nights often included ordering from the Ranchero, and it felt like a special treat every time. My dad would always get the Jumbo Fry Burger—which is a chili cheese burger, in case you weren't aware—paired with onion rings, and I followed suit. I can confidently say that their chili cheese burger is unmatched by any I've ever tasted, and their onion rings are simply the best in the world. Other places don’t even come close. Over the years, this has been our go-to spot for every significant life occasion—birthdays, graduations, weddings, after football games, and even funerals. We’ve consistently received respectful treatment and outstanding service. I am so happy that the Ranchero continues to serve fantastic food to Clarksdale, and I cherish the opportunity to share some of my favorite food memories with my children. Thank you for all the love and hospitality, Chris and Bonnie! I look forward to visiting again!

This is my favorite spot, so I had to share my thoughts. The food was hot and fresh out of the kitchen, and the staff was very polite and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. Keep up the great work! I'm definitely coming back for that porterhouse.

As a child, Friday nights often meant ordering from the Ranchero, and it was always a special treat. My father would always get a Jumbo Fry Burger (essentially a chili cheeseburger, in case you're not familiar) with onion rings, and I followed suit. Their chili cheeseburger is unmatched, and the onion rings are simply the best in the world—nothing else comes close. Over the years, it seems we've celebrated every significant life event there: birthdays, graduations, weddings, post-football game gatherings, and even funerals. Throughout it all, we've always been treated with the utmost respect and received exceptional service. I’m thrilled that they continue to serve Clarksdale with their amazing food, and I cherish the opportunity to share some of my favorite culinary memories with my own children.
