Rails Craft Brew & Eatery - Clarksville

The restaurant was closed with a sign on the door to tell the workers how they get their controls.

I made a reservation, but that was empty when I was in. not sure if they were closed, but I didn't look.

They were closed for companies with only a simple sign at the door by sending checks to employees at the last known address. Seems they don't tell anyone, either when there were many people who wondered what was going on.

My waitress was everywhere and we were the only people until we actually got our food.

We have enjoyed Rails twice since moving to SoIn from Nashville, TN eight weeks ago. First time was great in all aspects. This time, 8/9/17, was good except for the service. We eat out quite often 3 to 4 times per week but this waiter was pathetic. It seemed to us like he felt like he was doing us a favor. He would disappear for long periods of time. Never asked how the meal was; never offered to refill drinks in general, he just seemed to be unfit for being a server. Disappointed this terrific restaurant would have someone such as him on their payroll. We will go back again but if he is our waiter, we will request that management allow someone else to wait on us.
