Auntie Anne's - Clarksville

The employees at this restaurant are disrespectful and seem to view customers as an inconvenience. The menu has been limited to basic flavors like plain or pepperoni pretzels, with the popular sour cream and onion option being removed. The plain pretzels were overly oily, requiring multiple napkins to soak up the excess oil. The taste was unpleasant and off-putting. Despite being loyal customers for many years, we have noticed a decline in quality and service. We are unlikely to return. See attached photo showing oil oozing out even after attempts to absorb it.

Employees were extremely rude they gave me old cheese when I asked for new cheese they refused to give it to me.

Bro they don’t cook their pretzels at all, the food is obviously old, and they gave me expired cheese. I wish I had took photos to show how horrible it is. It’s like eating old wet uncooked dough with expired cheese.

Terrible. Would not recommend! They are selling old food. It’s concerning, they probably need inspected. I specifically asked Jayson if they were fresh and he lied and said yes, while knowing the pretzels were at least 5 hours old. They actually made my stomach hurt. It’s never that serious, he could’ve easily said no and I would’ve left. But thanks for making me waste $6 for some old disgusting pretzels.

Didn't wanna wait to get my pretzel dog cooked with the jalapeno, so they hooked me up with some, fresh out the jar to eat with it, I eat their everytime I visit the mall!
