Chicago City Pizza - Clarksville

As soon as you walk in you feel welcomed. The food is great, the service is great and you couldn’t ask for anything better. This place is probably the best pizza joint in Scott County hands down and if you say it’s not you’re in denial.

Deep dish is packed with toppings. Garlic bread was yummy. Very friendly service.Kid-friendliness: Kids love pizza!

Will I go back to dine in? No. Especially during the summer they only have a window AC and it's trying it's best.Will I order to go? Maybe but not anytime soon.The owners wife was nice when we ordered and delivered our food on time.The salad bar was good and had a good variety of toppings and even had micro greens. Even the chocolate pudding looked good. The pizza was the issue.I liked the dough, the sauce, cheese, and sausage topping. I also had pineapple on it. I love pineapple on pizza I think it's stellar with sausage. Their pineapple was VERY sour. It ruined the flavor of the whole thing and even picking it off didn't help by much because after picking it off the pineapple juices was still there and ruined it. They have anti pineapple pizzas pictures here and there as well as it being a joke on their Facebook page. I think putting sour pineapple on pizza is taking it to far though.
