Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Clarksville

Friendly staff greeted us upon coming in, food was delicious and fresh. Pork and Tangler Baker is Highly recommend! New owners really know what they're doing!

I entered the restaurant and immediately the aroma warranted a review. It smelled very heavenly. I ordered two beef brisket sandwiches. To my surprise they were very good portions. I gave one of the sandwiches to my mother in law. After eating, she asked me where I got the sandwich. With not being sure as to why she was asking, I told her Dickey's barbecue. We eat at the Madison Street location atleast 2 to sometimes 4 times a week and never have had a problem. Tonight we were dissatisfied with a few sandwiches and they were very nice and went above and beyond to make things right! I mean above anything any other restaurant we have ever dealt with. Will continue to eat there and would recommend to anyone!!!

Rude cashier and missing side items. Shoved food in one bag and side ways and upside down. So I repacked it so it would not spill and fall out. This is when I noticed missing sides. Not sure what the cashier would think it was ok to keep cutting a customer off when asking for missing items. Food is pricey and the sass is unnecessary.

I paid $84 for 11 things 4 of which were sauces. The portion sizes were small. I didn't get a lot of what I ordered. I was super excited about it being from Ohio and my first time trying it… To be this disappointed after the amount I spent ‍
