Hooters - Clarksville

While the food was as good as ever, the service was less than I expected. I sat about 15-20 minutes before my food came. Other customers had their minds. Even if I got my food, the young lady said I'm enjoying until I ran out of tea. No one checked if I needed more. I didn't want to interrupt the conversation between my server and the lady in the bar. That would have been rude. Also, while waiting for my food, my server did not really check for me until it was about time for my food, what I had left, I ate 2 when the 10 wings, and about 5 Pommes. I decided to come in instead of going. I work 12 hours in a hospital. I want to enjoy my meal and experience in a restaurant. I left my food and paid the check. Only then did my server ask if everything was okay. That was Clarksville IN location

Hooters as a corporation has been declining for awhile now, they bought and sold a couple of times now and it shows. The prices keep increasing and portion sizes keep decreasing. The cost to portion size is not worth the trip. There are plenty of other places that serve that style of food with greater portions and lower prices. The staff is nice and the facility is clean.

It 's Friday night in the middle of March Madness. What are you thinking about? Exactly: TVs, wings, and ice cold beer ?. You pull into Hooters ready for draft beer and sauced chicken tenders (because they were massive and delicious 2 weeks prior ... Bad news: they 're out of provolone cheese, they 're out of chicken tenders, and the draft system isn 't working (too foamy? . Plan B, you say, ordering fried pickles, wings, and bottled beer. At least you can relax for a bit, bet on the games, and enjoy your game snacks... WRONG. At 9p, a woman yells LAST CALL FOR THE KITCHEN! LAST CALL FOR THE BAR WILL BE AT 930PM!!! Remember: you 're at a corporate chain indoor restaurant... Is this normal? Hope not. You tip your server well because she was excellent, but somehow you spent $85 on dinner and your in disbelief...

I'm pretty sure everyone knows what to expect when they come here. They're all decorated the same and the waitresses are dressed the same and they all have the same menu. I do think they actually have decent food, though, and even the salad I got was good. Tons of TVs to watch sports/games and although our waitress was nice, she did overcharge me (hopefully it wasn't on purpose). They seemed understaffed at the time but so is everyone else after COVID. I'd go back again because I know what to expect and I like wings/buffalo sauce!

It was excellent our server was so sweet and she took very good care of us. The food is on point, mouthwatering, delicious and just superb! She accidentally rung in an extra fry, the manager was excellent, friendly, great customer service and took it off with no issue. Price was awesome for my food a tip and a tall beer! Going back soon for sure!
