Contribuisci feedbackI ordered two tender meals online and arrived at the restaurant just five minutes before the scheduled pickup time. When I got there, I ended up waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes because they had run out of biscuits. The food was ready, but the biscuits weren't packed, and I have no idea how long that had been the case. They also didn’t provide cups for the drinks until I brought it up; instead, I was given two cups of Pepsi. At that point, I just wanted to leave. As I drove away, I saw the guy who packed my food outside smoking, clearly not staying to finish the orders. Overall, it was the worst service I've ever experienced.
My order was messed up. I tried calling them, but no one picked up. The chicken I received looked like it had come from someone else's plate. They also shorted me by four pieces and didn't include my biscuits. Food: 1/5.
I tried calling the store from the parking lot to check on my order, but no one answered. After waiting another five minutes, I decided to go inside. I found about five employees just standing around, seemingly goofing off in the kitchen. When I approached them, they attempted to take my order as if I was a new customer. I explained that I had been waiting over 20 minutes for my food and that I no longer wanted it. I requested a refund. I asked to speak with the manager and shared my concerns. The general manager came up with numerous excuses for the delay and the lack of phone response. I requested that my information be forwarded to the owner for a formal complaint (which never happened) because the level of service I received was unacceptable. The staff needs to be retrained on providing excellent customer service.
Went on a delivery pick up n walked over. The employee looked right at me turned around and walked to the back. It was open several cars drove away. Just shut down if ur gonna waste people time.
Was missing several items. Drove to store after not one answered the phone to see if either a bag was missed I could retrieve or re order the items. Was inside the store for 15 min w no acknowledgement. Nothing at all! Several upset guests inside waiting for food or to order. Watched several people leave to go somewhere else. I left wo speaking to anyone. I understand they were busy, but no soft greet... No, we will be right with you.
