Contribuisci feedbackSee read! something really needs to be done here, this place needs definitiw new management new night shift staff. the nightmanship is terrible, they are literally disrespectful, with the worst settings. every time I go here, I will tell myself that there will be a 20 minute waiting, which I don't mind, wait, it's just the settings they give them to order insane they are ready to wait. they are at the bottom right lazy unprofessional. I went an hour today before they said they were from chicks krystals, just because they didn't want to. on holy evening 2021, one of the younger male hired at the night shift told me that he was not all the food I tried to order the only 10 wings, a 10 krystal’s combo, he told me then, it is a 30 minute wait, only for the krystal tells me he will give me raw pink uncoshed Krystal’s when I wanted to wait or work because he was not waiting I just moved to the front window where the manager sat in the window and spoke to her friend who was outside the window in her car. I let them know that they didn't respect me about the intercom, which I know she heard they had to do better. she swore her shoulders in my face. I went to one of wilma, was treated with respect. I reported them to corporate, but obviously nothing is done. save time, money, effort. in any case, here at funky ft you will not get a nice meal or a friendly employee.
During my first visit to the restaurant, I was really impressed with their fries and sandwiches, which were quite tasty. I had never tried these items before, but they exceeded my expectations. The customer service was also excellent; the staff was friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs and interacting with customers. This positive atmosphere is definitely a plus for me. I will certainly be returning!
I'm horrified of the service or it's missing from this place. We were here 4 times and every time it's the same terrible experience. the workers here do not want to work and are very rude. they tell them they don't serve anyone at the moment or it will take 30 minutes before they can get their order when I'm the only car. I see the car deduct after the car because they are said they cannot be served. I've never seen anything like this in my life. I was living all my life in the restaurant business and this one must be desperate to keep the management responsible. this load could be extremely profitable, I would be happy to take this load and turn it into the successful location that it should be. they are employees are the face of their business and they fail drastically. to this advice the doors will soon be closed. it is sad to see that the owners lose so much money daily, because neglected employees and management while they sit their hourly wages on the clock.
I hadn't even placed my order when the person at the drive-thru was incredibly rude! When I pulled up, I asked for a moment to decide what I wanted. Once I was ready, I said, "Okay, I'm ready." After waiting for a bit without a response, I thought maybe they didn't hear me since I was speaking from the passenger side, so I repeated that I was ready. The response was a loud and extremely rude remark, indicating that she heard me. She then told me it would take 15 minutes, which wouldn't have been an issue if she hadn't been so disrespectful. I wished her a better day and left for Wendy's, where I received excellent customer service. Based on other reviews, it seems this is a recurring problem, so I definitely won't be returning to this location.
When we visited, there were only two employees working, and they were doing their best to serve customers quickly. We received our food promptly, and our entire order was correct.
