We visited this location and placed our order at the drive-thru. It wasn’t until we reached the payment window that he realized he had ordered incorrectly. Fortunately, a kind lady at the window overheard us joking about the mix-up, and it wasn't until we got home that my son realized she had corrected his order for him. It was a wonderful act of kindness, and we truly appreciate it. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back for our next dinner date.
I found that saying "excuse me" didn’t hold any weight with the staff, as I waited for 5 minutes before someone finally told me they were busy. I simply wanted a drink cup while they worked on processing orders. If you can’t keep a clerk at the front counter, then it reflects poorly on the management. Also, if the slip mats at the front doors are so greasy and worn out, it’s time to get new ones. Eric Larson, please take the time to visit and evaluate your locations because they are really falling short. I don’t plan to return to the McDonald's at Exit 4 again.
The best mcdonalds around town always fast friendly and professional. Also the only 24-hour fast food in town. If you have a late night or early morning craving for something sweet or savory this is the right place for you.
Going to this restaurant is more stressful then sitting in a long line at Wendy’s! The employees are rude and disrespectful. The AM last that works the first drive thru window has no courtesies and barely speaks when rendering payment! The second window almost every single time has 1-3 cars pulled forward almost always being me doing the same.When the meal is finally brought out the are no customs and courtesies rendered by the McDonald’s employee, might as well throw it at the customer to match the overall standard presented.The meal being two of the same sandwiches somehow became to different sandwiches, which if the standards were set and oversight was achieved then maybe products and customer care would also improve.Overall if you want a slow experience with rude customer service and incorrect items this is your place to go!!
I was very disappointed with the long wait I experienced in the drive-thru. I could have understood if there had been a lot of cars ahead of me, but there were only three. When I arrived, the woman at the window asked me to wait while she cleared the three cars in front of me. Instead of taking my order next, she started taking orders from another drive-thru lane that had pulled up after me. I couldn’t move forward because of the cars she was serving, and I couldn’t back up due to a car right behind me. I ended up sitting there for almost 30 minutes before she finally returned to me. I understand that being short-staffed can happen, but I truly felt like I was forgotten.
