Make sure you preorder this business. I ordered 3 pizzas the night before being delivered at a certain time for a soccer team party. I was advised they would call if they were on the way. With only 5 minutes until they suspect that they were coming, I called to see if they were on the way. Friday night used to be a family pizza night... no longer. We ordered a pizza and bread sticks online and waited for delivery. My little one likes to make a big deal to see the buyer online. They do it now, they're boxing it I'm in it's way it's never delivered. 2 hours later my wife calls the store and talks with a manager Oh wow Ma'am it was 2 hours we're very sorry our driver forget to deliver your pizza for any reason or others let me make another for you and we will refund your money, but since you have already paid by debit card online it can appear up to 7 days in your account. Well, mistakes happen and at least he tries to pay attention, so we agree and wait another 45 minutes to make it and deliver it. The dryer gives the pizza and leaves. 1 year ago my wife and I ordered a half and half pizza. Pizza not only was made incorrect but was stuck to the top of the box on pickup when opened. We were told we would get a free pizza next time we came back. Me and and my wife have NEVER ordered from there again because of the error in our pizza. We called today to get our free pizza FINALLY and there was no record of the error or the free pizza noted anywhere. Completely terrible customer service and will never order from this place again. Every pizza we have received on post from both pizza companies has been great, and if a error is made they make sure its corrected. Please never order from here. Side note. The girl who answered the phone the first time does need serious training. She has no idea what she is doing and doesn 't listen to what your saying. We had to call back twice to get someone else to help us Please order else where. Their incompetence is unbelievable!!!
