Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Clarksville

Like many restaurants these days, the customer service was disappointing. The young lady at the counter kept interrupting us while we were trying to place our order, not allowing us to finish. When we got to the window, she asked if we needed honey, jelly, or sauce, but before we could respond, she shut the window on us. We specifically asked for half and half with the chicken, but ended up with all mild. Shaking my head!

I visit Popeyes whenever I have the chance. The service is excellent, and the staff is both competent and friendly. I prefer to dine in because the atmosphere is quite relaxing. It’s a great place to stop for lunch or to take a break during a busy day of running errands and grocery shopping. You can unwind and recharge for whatever lies ahead. Food: 5/5

I rarely write reviews, but I've always enjoyed Popeye's Chicken since it opened in Clarksville. Unfortunately, like many fast food places around here, the quality has really declined. I ordered a 12-piece dinner for my family tonight to enjoy while watching football, but when I got it home, I realized the chicken was old, re-battered, and re-cooked. I ended up throwing away the $37 meal. My family and friends and I will not be returning. This is the second time this has happened.

Every time I come here I have an issue. This last time I was in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. All I ordered was 2 biscuits! They are slow as molasses! U can never get in and out. Last time they forgot to give me my drink. The time before that it was my red beans and rice. Just go to another Popeyes.Food: 4/5

Good job Popeyes! Your chicken is fully cooked. Everything is really delicious. We took some chicken to our family members that are shut in. We left them a 16 pc chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, macaroni cheese, Cole slaw. Last week we went to the other chicken place and their looked good until we got it home to start eating it and found it half cooked that we couldn't eat it. My 86 year old mom said that y'all's chicken tasted just like her grandmother's chicken. You made her proud. We brought our chicken home to eat You are the best chicken place in Montgomery county Even my dog like it.
