Starbucks - Clarksville

The worst Starbucks in Clarksville. Hand down. The service sucks. They take forever. Every time I go there is a mistake. The absolute worst.

Out of all the times we have been here this has been the absolute slowest drive thru experience. As you can see about a quarter of the cup was all foam!!!! When we got to the window the cashier was chewing gum and was not very attentive. More than likely we will not return to this location if this is the service we will receive.Food: 5/5

Go ahead and double the online order time that is advertised on their app. Don’t expect your online order to be made at the same time either. I ordered two coffees that were made with five other orders in between. Food will come out first so you get to enjoy your cold food with your coffee.

Tasteless chai latte I ever had. I don’t like to give bad reviews but I have to tell the truth. I had good chai at others Starbucks locations. Feels like I waste my money ? Some of the staff seems to be mad.

Ordered a hot coffee drink, 15 minutes later, an iced drink was put in the pickup area and my name was called.7 minutes later, I was on my way.That must be what the $1 tip was for.
