Subway - Clarksville

When you intend to enjoy a healthy sandwich and you're prepared to pay over $10 for it, you expect fresh, high-quality ingredients. I was very disappointed with the appearance and smell of the produce. You can tell it's not fresh when it looks brown and wilted or feels soggy. It's also concerning when there’s no bread available for customers. Please improve your standards! If you wouldn't serve this food to your family, it shouldn't be served to the public.

Placed an online for 4 sandwiches at 4pm, to be ready at 5pm. Got there and had to wait until 6:15 for them to get time to make them. Called the manager to complain about the 2 stressed out teenagers that were working and was told that they are short staffed and it was unfortunate that I had to wait so long and it is procedure for their to only be 2 workers. During a weekend and it being a buyonegetonefreeevent, you would think that they would have had an extra person to help the obviously young, stressed boys that were working.

My bread on my sandwich was fresh. That's number one!! Thank you!!

Food is good , the workers are lazy. Can’t get the place to ever answer the phone, the last 3 times I’ve came I’ve ordered a pizza online and paid for it and it takes them over 45 minutes when they say it’ll be ready at a certain time. Hopefully they hire people that want to work and not look twacked out.

Not happy cause not open until 9 am. Thought they served breakfast. So lost my business.
