Stopped in to get a bagel with lox, After 4 other people, that came in after me, were served their bagels... I asked where mine was... They had to thaw some salmon out. When something like this happens, you should let your customer know what's going on. I thankfully was not in a rush, but to know that they we're working on my order would have helped. I would have liked the choose to either change my order or cancel it. I took a bite and the salmon is still kind of
First I?ll say the bagels are delicious! Everything with jalapeño cream cheese was fantastic. However, I put a mobile order in and was told my order would be ready at 10:50. My order wasn?t ready until 11:20. Two people walked in after me and placed a to-go order and got their orders before me. Not only that but they forgot a cream cheese I ordered. If they can work on processing orders better, I would go back but not until then.
Left without even getting my order. You could tell they were very unorganized. Waited for a very long time with no recognition, they messed up the guys order in front of us 3 times and then skipped our order completely and someone the people that ordered after us and had more sandwiches got theirs before ours. Plenty of people on staff but it took at least 4 employees to look for the large coffee cups all while 6 customers were in line just waiting for their food.
I visited this restaurant to grab a bagel and coffee and had a pleasant experience. Upon entering, I was greeted and quickly placed my order with the cashier. They were offering samples of pumpkin bagels, which I tried and loved. I also purchased a small medium roast coffee, which had a great flavor. I left satisfied with my meal.
