The Subway location on Rt. 31 is not recommended for delivery drivers or customers looking to order food past 8:50PM, despite the advertised 10PM closing time. It is important to note that this location will not fulfill orders that come in after 8:50PM, even though customers and drivers may believe they are open until 10PM. The establishment is advised to update their hours of operation on their front door and website to avoid any further confusion. Delivery drivers are encouraged to look elsewhere for more reliable service. Service, food quality, and atmosphere at this location were rated as poor in this review.

I placed an order online and waited for half an hour at the restaurant. There was only one person working, with a long line out the door, and my order had not even been started. I asked the employee to cancel my order, which she agreed to do. However, I have still not received a refund after almost a month. I have tried contacting the manager multiple times with no response. I even returned to the restaurant, but the employee left me waiting again to assist another customer. I will not be returning to this restaurant. The meal was for dinner and cost between $30 and $50 per person.

Rude employee! Needs more staff. I made a mobile order and it wasn’t ready when I got there, no big deal there was only one employee working so I just got in the long line and when I got up and said I had a mobile order I was greeted with attitude. They didn’t have my order because the power went out a little while. So I just read out my order like normal. I got attitude because the one sub meat she had to go in the back and get more because the front line ran out of that type of meat. Then I asked if she could cut the subs into fourths and she acted like that was the craziest request she’s ever heard and told me she didn’t think she could do it because it’s so small. Overall just a frustrating experience! I understand she was overwhelmed but she was super nice to the customers before me she acted like my mobile order was a huge inconvenience.

My daughter and I visited this location Friday night at 6 pm to find one employee in the entire building!!! Shame on the manager for allowing this!!! The young lady was extremely busy and all alone. Our subs were just what we ordered and she stay as positive as could be expected. I give her 5 star rating but management sub par!!! Do better Subway!!
