The hotel is in need of repair. The rooms are dimly lit, with several lamps missing lightbulbs. There was no housekeeping service during my stay. On the second night, when I asked for clean towels, I only received hand towels, as they were "all out" of bath towels. The breakfast buffet was excessively priced given the poor selection and quality of the food. I observed the attendant handling pancakes with bare hands right after cleaning the tables. Furthermore, the front desk staff ignored me for 10 minutes while they continued their phone conversation.

The hotel was pleasant, with free parking available and plenty of spaces. However, there was no housekeeping service during my stay. Additionally, they didn't provide "Do Not Disturb" signs in the room, so I had to request them at the front desk.

If you enjoy the experience of staying in a run-down hotel, this is the spot for you! The floor I was on had a strong smell of marijuana that seeped into my room throughout the night. The staff seemed indifferent to our complaints. This hotel is incredibly dirty, and I disliked every moment of my stay. Don't trust any positive reviews about this place; they must be fabricated.

From check in to check out its the worst hotel I've ever stayed in and would not ever return to if it was the only Hotel available. Rude counter person on check out with no appreciable resolve for a hotel issue effecting many other patrons including myself.

We recently had our wedding at the Waterfall venue near by the hotel and we couldn’t recommend the hotel more highly. Our guest had a incredibly great time. Their professionalism, expertise and kindness helped to make the couple days as enjoyable as it could have been. The function room staff kept the meal running smoothly, ensured that everything went to plan and made sure that we were well looked after. All of our guests have been nothing but complimentary regarding the hotel including their incredible staff. Thanks again to the Brandywine hotel and staff!
