The food was quite good, and it was well priced for the quality. The big problem was that the bartender had to work the bar, run food, and bus tables. She was a great worker, but the service greatly suffered for the lack of staff.

One of my favorite places to meet for a quiet drink is Fox and Hounds Tavern at the Cheshire Inn. It’s been around forever and still has not lost the charm of a tiny pub you discovered that is dark, mysterious and strangely comforting. Grab a pint, a plate of chips and enjoy!

Great Bangers and Mash. The Oatmeal Stout was excellent and well. Wonderful old pub atmosphere.

If you would like an affordable, relaxing true British style pub, this is your place! The bar-tender is a scotch enthusiast and respected my budget while finding delectable scotch! Not a scotch person? There are also a variety of complex cocktails and beer! I love how this place doesn't have tvs, instead it offers chess boards, leather couches, and conversation. The food was lovely, authentically british, and well flavored. An amazing and relaxing night out!
