Lake Burton Cafe - Clayton

This was an excellent stop. The food was fantastic, the best burger and Italian sandwich. It was a great place to eat between Clayton and Hiawassee. 5

Was so excited to find this place on my vacation. Reminded me of a BBQ pit I worked at when I was young in the Smokies . The food was amazing with super friendly staff. I wish I had a place like this closer to home as I'd be a regular! Had a juicy hot philly with crispy tater tots and it was so good a few delightful moans might have been heard.

Small establishment with great food and great service! We enjoyed the atmosphere. Get there early because it's a popular place.
