Wasabi Sushi Clayton

This is one of my wife's favorite spots, and today was no different. We're so glad we could celebrate her birthday here!

Eating was great, but the service was pretty slow. Once we finally got a waiter, it came to eat pretty fast. overall good food for a fair price.

The service was quite inconsistent. We waited several minutes before anyone came to our table, and when we placed our order ourselves, our sushi arrived before our appetizers. Our drinks only came after we inquired about them. Strangely, some items were complimentary, but we never figured out the reason for that. Additionally, several menu items were unavailable. However, everything we did have was delicious.

The service was sluggish, the food was average at best, and the tables were sticky, with inconsistent silverware. Our server took a long time to come to our table and only mentioned the salad and soup included with the meal after we noticed them being served at other tables. The drinks and food also took a while to arrive. The sushi was passable, while the chicken was dry and overcooked. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this restaurant.

Wasabi was wonderful! We had four rolls: O.M.G, Hurricane, Fried Philly and Playboy. All were so great and yummy. We both agreed we loved Fried Philly the best and luckily we got a free role from their happy hour price! 10/10 would go back.
