The vegetarian chili is a surprisingly satisfying alternative to beef chili, and the spices are a perfect blend to tantalize the taste buds. A delight is the hearty Apple Dijon Kale Salad with Dijon Dressing. It is a crisp and flavorful salad of Kale, Granny Smith Apples, Walnuts, and Raisins/Currants, complemented by a tasty dressing. For those who enjoy fried fish, the whiting is meaty, juicy, and delicious. It comes with fries, hush puppies, and coleslaw at a reasonable price. Overall, Chef Tra’s menu portions are ample and appetizing. His meticulous meal packaging and creative custom foods are sure to please anyone who purchases from The Garden of Vegan.
Be aware This is a virtual kitchen so made to order. Food was fresh. I ordered the fried green tomatoes, lentil loaf and Cinncinati chilli... i was made i ate the Chilli so fast.

Absolutely delicious! I love lentils and the lentil loaf did not disappoint! The fried green tomatoes and curry cauliflower appetizers were so fresh. I also had the veggie lasagna, winter soup, tomatoe bisque, and pot pie. Chef Tray is awesome!My husband and I will definitely be ordering again.
