I think Coal Chute l provides the best food in the Cle Elum-Roslyn area by a mile. The short rib orecchiette is the kind of meal I’ll dream about until we can be together again. Unfortunately, ordering take-out is brutal. Food in our area is already super expensive and they add a mandatory 20% fee for all to-go orders. As locals it’s the thing that stops us from ordering from here on a regular basis. We just paid $78 for two, to-go pasta dishes and I don’t think I can bring myself to do it anymore This is my plea to drop the fee I’ll gladly eat there in person whenever we can make it in though.
