Pilot Travel Center - Clear Lake

I stopped here for gas and a cappuccino. Unfortunately, they were out of cappuccino, but the gentleman working was incredibly kind and promptly prepared it for me! Excellent service overall!

The food selection isn't very impressive. They should consider removing the barriers behind the truck parking, as they make it difficult to back up all the way. This restriction blocks a couple of corner spots from being used, and if those spots are occupied, it prevents those vehicles from getting out. Be cautious when parking in those corners.

Absolutely revolting. The coffee, the fountain drinks, the countertops—everything here is filthy. I've been here for 12 hours, and nothing has been cleaned or wiped down.

Big truck parking lot that 's hard for the moron 'park-anywhere ' trucker set to block. Lots of direct access to the exit. Ironically the reserved parking is less convenient than most of the free parking. Big c-store. Pleasant people. Nothing not tolike.

Terrible refueling with terrible fuel pumps, 3 pumps don't work and the rest 30 minutes are flooded. this is a mockery, take pity on drivers who are tense all day on the road and don't be soulless in such a cold season ..
