Bad customer service open 24 hour but not pick the call Service: 1

Bought 3 hot chocolates... None have chocolate in it. It's like warm milk with whip cream at the top. Horrible. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have been holding on leaving them a review but today is the last straw! The costumer service is terrible, the food is always cold even when they make you wait 10-15 min for “fresh fries” when you are at the window waiting for your food,they speak in their own language so you never know if they are saying anything about you! Today they gave me my food but not my drinks, when I asked for them the girl rolled her eyes at me, turned around and talk to her coworker and of course I didn’t understand anything then she rudely yelled “HEY” to get my attention because I wasn’t looking at her while I was waiting for my drinks. I don’t know if management isn’t there or if they just don’t care but if I was them I would definitely open my eyes and train my staff properly!!

Overwhelmed with long waits when it's not busy. Order karafe with cups,lids,stir sticks,cream,sugar. Just got a mangled box of black coffee. Took 15 to 20 minutes while slow. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Horrible service waited for over 10 mins just for a chicken McMuffin and a chicken McGriddle Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
