Starbucks - Clearbrook

This used to be my go to Starbucks until they started charging and extra 43 cents to top my drink up with water. The manager Georgia insists it’s policy, one staff member was actually understanding and good at her job that doesn’t change the fact the manager and other staff were rude and incompetent. They said it’s just 43 cents and that’s exactly my point, why do you need 43 cents extra to top up my drink with water lol
