Cabo's Mexican - Clearlake

I visited Cabos for the first time in many years and ordered the Carnitas Chimichanga. I requested cheese as an addition, but unfortunately, it wasn't included. The tortilla was perfectly crispy and delicious, and the portion was quite large—I had leftovers to take home. The meat inside was flavorful, and the beans and guacamole were good as well. However, I wasn't a fan of the rice; it tasted generic and didn’t have the authentic flavor of Spanish rice. On a positive note, the wait staff was extremely friendly. They were attentive to our drinks and checked in on us regularly. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

A welcoming family-owned restaurant that offers friendly service and delicious meals. The staff is helpful and efficient. They even made us custom chile relleno vegetarian chimichangas that were absolutely amazing. I always make it a priority to dine here whenever I'm in town, and I have never left feeling disappointed.

The food is fantastic, and the service is extremely attentive! Their Quesa Birria is absolutely delicious.

Suggested by a friend and did some research before going. With 4.5 stars I was shocked to see it. So we went in 4 adults and a child. I ordered the 3 item plate. Burrito with steak, enchilada with chicken (which the server said it was the best meat they had when I asked which kind I should get) and a chicken taco. The food was amazing!! Full of flavor and very large portions! Not much left on the plate to add anything to it. I highly recommend this place and have already told some friends that visit lake county to make sure to give it a shot! I will be returning next time I'm up that way for sure. Not to much my 5 year old loved his special to order small nachos which were enough for him to enjoy.
