Cdbs Italian Bistro - Clearwater

Yes, this is the same as the former CDB's in Lakeland, FL, and it's owned by the same people who ran the one in Tampa, FL. If you've been missing their famous Hard Hat Sandwich or their pizza, it's definitely worth the drive to visit here. We drove all the way from Plant City, FL yesterday evening, and we were not disappointed. The food was excellent! We had a small Chef salad with their homemade Italian vinaigrette, a Hard Hat sandwich, and a small meat pizza. Everything was fantastic! If you haven't been here yet, you should definitely give it a try. They essentially operate as three restaurants in one. They also offer sushi, as well as Japanese and Vietnamese cuisine, including Japanese Hibachi where the food is cooked right in front of you. We will definitely be returning soon.

The pizza is just as delicious as it was at the previous location. The menu remains exactly the same.

Fantastic pizza! This place ranks among the top four in Pinellas County. The quality is just as great as the Tampa location, which I used to visit frequently in the late '70s while attending USF.
