Chipotle Mexican Grill - Clearwater

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. They mistakenly charged me for my one-year-old child's meal because they added meat that I didn't order. There was also a teenage girl serving who hardly gave us any rice; my partner only received one scoop instead of a full serving because they had run out. I had paid for double meat and a steak, but it felt like I didn't get my money's worth. I would recommend going elsewhere to save yourself the hassle.

I wish I could give this place zero stars; I will not be returning. I ordered the new steak option, but what I received was a seven-piece steak, with one piece being mostly fat. This meal cost $13. I did get complimentary chips and guacamole, but the guacamole was brown. Keep in mind, I ordered at 11:00 a.m., shortly after they opened. The restaurant was also dirty, and despite complaining multiple times, all I got was a few buy-one-get-one offers. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted.

I paid $10.06 for a quesadilla for my child, which I think is a bit outrageous given the rising prices. You can get a larger quesadilla with more cheese for just $3-4 at Taco Bell down the street.

Over $30, For a burrito and a bowl, with 2 drinks. Place was empty. Staff seemed happy...lots of laughter coming from the back... and only 3 customers. Their are other places that have more value.

I'm a disabled honorable Marine Corps veteran and at this Chipotle in Largo Florida they treated me with indifference when I asked for military discount [which I always get it in the form of police discount at the Chipotle located at 2537 Countryside Blvd, Clearwater, FL 33761 whenever I go there]. The cashier had to call the manager to approve my discount which was an awful experience to say the least. He approve it, however they didn't say enjoy your meal sir, thank you for your service, and zero smiles from anyone there. At the other Chipotle that I mentioned here, they give me my discount no problem and they always thank me for my service and say enjoy your meal. If you are an active duty military personnel, a reservist, or a veteran, stay away from this Chipotle in Largo FL. They will give you an attitude and project hostile energy. Go to the Chipotle accros from the Countryside Mall in Clearwater FL.
