I ordered a Burrito bowl and the new Watermelon Lalkalade. both were good, but the watermelon limonade was so refreshing and had really great taste. I know that there are many negative comments about this location, but I didn't have the same result as others. I had a good experience eating was done right and quickly!
I love something chipotle, but that's honestly one of the worst we had in one. dirty floors and counters. a grill that looks like it wasn't cleaned in 2 weeks. meat mixed with beans...overrunning müll. and after about 5 minutes waiting to check a rude cashier / manager rolled her eyes and was annoyed with us because of her failure to articulate her asking. probably time for chipotle company to check this location before it continues to stain its brand.
Sorry, I usually don't leave bad reviews. We've just bought 2 rice and chicken bowls , brought them home and found them to be super salty! Like almost inedibly salty. It was chicken, not the rice.I tried calling the restaurant to speak to anyone really ,but they have no real line established to talk to any managers or staff. You can only place orders over the phone. I only wanted to warn them about the salty chicken so they won't serve it to others. I don't even need any refunds.Unfortunately I had to put this bad review here because of the situation I've mentioned above.Chipotle, had you have a live phone line to which customers could call in to speak to someone , you could have avoided this review and kept us as customers at your store) .We will go back to the one we usually go to , not far from you.
I never leave reviews, because I feel it 's a waste of time but my boyfriend and I went in for a late lunch/ early dinner and there was no line (kinda cool) anyways we walk up and are just completely ignored by 4 members of staff. No greeting, not a smile in the place. So we stood there awkwardly for like 5 minutes before some guy mustered enough strength to say What can I get for you? No one said Hello or Hey guys just give us a sec we will be right with you it was just nasty expressions and blank stares. Almost as if they were just waiting to change our minds and leave. The guy like shlopped inconsistent portions into our bowls and rolled his eyes when asking for certain items. 0 stars if I could.
Did a mobil order for 3 adult chicken quesadillas, 1 kids quesadilla. I received 4 kids quesadillas but didn’t realize till I got home, I went back and was told that the order was correct (Starbucks would have just remade the order at this point and I should have insisted), but I went home again giving them the benefit of the doubt, opened one and it was definitely not the adult portion (although it was made on a large shell it only had a few pieces of chicken and very little cheese and wasn’t cut), I went back again!!! Again I was told that I was wrong again and that was an adult portion. I asked for a refund and finally the cashier told the girl to remake the quesadillas and they were correct this time. I went home again and realized that they didn’t give the chips and drink for the kids meal. Wow! I’ve had these at other locations and they are usually really good. It seems that since Chipotle has implemented Mobil only for the adult quesadillas it has been a lessened experience.
