Domino's Pizza - Clearwater

Was hung twice by extremely rude telephone representatives. I will never order from here again and I am a steady customer since I moved here in juni 2020. never again. I feel so disrespected just because young people don't like his job. so they lose an estimated customer. dreadful way to start my weekend. After he hung me up for the first time, I called back to quit and as soon as it was done, I was hanging up again.

We waited 40 minutes to get a lg pizza with 2 long brown hairs cooked into the cheese. We threw it out immediately. How did no one notice two huge hairs coming out of the cheese? I should have took a picture but I was so upset and hungry that I just threw in the garbage. Now I have to buy dinner twice you guys should really work on your hygiene. I wish I could give zero stars

This location is a joke. Don't order here, they can't take an order, can't make a pizza, and workers are just plain stupid. Get a pizza from anywhere but here. Better off getting one from Walgreens next door.

I ordered online from Domino's on Nursery Rd and picked up my order. When I got home with the order one of the pizzas was not mine. I called as soon as I discovered the error. I waited on hold for 10 mins I can show my phone log. I hung up and called back and waited 3 mins to be told I had 3 mins for him to help me in a not so nice tone. I tried to explain to him what happened and he said that if I need them to prepare the order correctly it would be at least 1 hour. I asked for the managers name, he said he was the manager and they aren't required to give their name. He also it would not get a different response if I came in there. This absurd! I'm hoping this gets to the manager/owner of the store. I will also contact the Corp offices.

If I could I would give this a ZERO!!!! There customer call center is no help and when they transfer calls to this store they don't answer their phone. They cancel our order when the driver was out and they said it would take 25 minutes and we waited over an hour. I will be contacting corporate office.
